I hope you are doing well in this new year that just recently began. Hopefully it will be successful for you. Like, if you still have some big plans to strive, by any means, give them a chance to be realized :] That said, do you have any resolutions for this new year? To me, one major change should be to stop watching and listening to everything which may be disappointing and discouraging and only stick to positive ideas and messages. That means, I decided to stop reading, watching and listening everything which potentially can worsen my mood, make me feel angry and displeased. Because when you are in a bad mood, it is a detriment for your performance and health overall. When you are positive, so are your results.
The rest is quite cliche but important nonetheless, like hard work every day.
