Yep, as title says, I eventually found time to watch that movie. Quite late after the premiere, but better late than never ;]
What can I say? All positive opinions do not surprise me, it's an awesome movie :) Definietly one of those that I had no doubts it was worth going to the cinema for. What I approve the most was the great performance of actors in first place. Characters are bunch of individuals, everyone's different and it's hard for them to be seen in team at first. There's a number of humorous motives due to their diversity. Pretty much the interction between the main stuff was the essence of the movie. The special effects are also an important feature. They are effective and not exaggerated as for situations which demanded their appearance.  Finally, the plot - non-banal as for a two hour movie and at the same time not too complicated one, just a decent balance.
And what is also very important, the movie contains moral letures which are worth noticing.
Then, if you still have time in your cinemas and are considering watching the movie, do not hesitate ;]

*spoiler part*
do not look, if you haven't watched the movie yet and are planning to

- I loved the scene of the battle between Iron Man and Thor, it was one of the most impressive ones. And the effective intermission of Cpt America.

-Besides, pretty much all dialogues involving  Tony Stark a.k.a Iron Man, he was the cynical and at the same time most funny character.
My favourite text was probably the one about assumed mouth-to-mouth respiration performed by Hulk.

- But the best scene ever, in my opinion, was that the one of Hulk spontaneously punching Thor out of the scene frame for no reason :D :D :D That was a serius punchline :XD:

- However, at times it seemed to me that heroes gotten out of especially troublesome situations with seemingly too much ease. Sure, they have superpowers, however a bit more dramatism would add more seriousness. Whole that Loki's army seemed rather like a bunch of weaklings in only a big number ^^'

- And there are some questions left, like the issue of Loki's mortality/immortality. Actually, if it was possible at all to kill him, since bullets did not work on him any any stronger force rendered him only misshapen, but with no more serious injuries.

That's all as for now. Greet you much

Here's two things to notice -unless you have, the next time you watch it :)

* Black Sabbath has a song about Iron Man, Tony Stark wears a Black Sabbath shirt :la:
* When Bruce and Tony are talking in the lab and Bruce is starting to get antsy -if you look at his reflection on the screen it's actually Hulk. :la:

There's probably lots more Easter Eggs like that hidden in The Avengers, but I haven't been able to focus long enough to find them all. XD

really? that would be a bit like an advertisement, unless BS contributed something to Marvel :XD: anyway, I actually like a band, old ones rock ;]

oh, by the way, I lied that quote of Banner, something like:
"you want me to get angry? truth is that... I'm always angry!" *transforms into Hulk*

yeah, me neither
I suppose I'm not so observant, if it comes to movies ^^' besides I watched it with subbing, so yeah, letters take some part of your attention ^^'

Probably a little bit, haha -but I'm not so sure they actually contributed anything to the actual film itself. I love BS, with Ozzy was my favourite time frame for them but after is just as good. :)

Yes. And when Capt. America is handing out jobs and he goes, "And Hulk. Smash." and then Hulk grins and jumps and starts smashing all of the bad guys! *fangirl moment*

I wouldn't really say I'm observant, haha, I only really notice small things like that in movies/shows I LOVE -or are about things that I love. Like the movie Thor, I tore it apart. Love it, but if I'd rather stick to the comics (I also ripped apart Cowboys and Aliens). XD

Heh, anyway, I don't know how I could miss it ^^'

That was cool :XD: A bit surprising that Brenner actually gotten a full (well, almost full ^^') control over Hulk after going completely wild not very long before.

Ah, that's nice :XD:
Oh, of it's about Thor, I have to watch it eventually. Not until I watched Avengers, I gotten to know about that movie. I didn't know it has a prequel :XD:

It was really cool how they did it though. XD

Oh, haha, yeah. Thor is a really good movie -it honestly is. It's just they had to change and cut out a few things (like they do in all super hero movies) to make it a movie that even non-comic book fans would like. Thor 2 is in the making right now -and I am all of the excited haha

well true, true
but still, it makes me wonder how he does it that sometimes he can control him or sometimes he has no cntrol at all, there's only a wild beast going on rampage all around ^^'

yup, I know
by the way, are you fan of Marvel comics?

mhm :) Thor 2 is going to be a sequel to Avengers, yeah? in fact, the action should not take place on Asgard, after taking Loki capture by Thor (most probably according to his plan how to conquer Asgard)
I'm very interested in the plot of any continuation to it

It all depends on just how angry he is, or at least I think that's how they tried to portray it -and even though he's "always angry" maybe as he starts to calm down (after turning in to the Hulk) it gives Banner more control. *shrug* haha. One theory.

:la:YES:la:. I love Marvel. All of Marvel. I have like 90% of all the Thor and The Avengers comics, and Capt. America, and Iron Man. Though Thor is by far my fave of all time. Always has been, always will be. XD

Yes and no. Thor 2 isn't really a sequel to The Avengers as much as it is a "this is what happens after, but we're also going to pick up where Thor left off", just like Iron Man 3 is going to be a continuation of the Iron Man movies but also be a "after The Avengers" movie.
But either way, it's going to be awesome. :)

Ah yeah, that would make sense, I guess.
However, the reason why he caused havoc aboard that airship was that he bacame scared by that explosion. So not only anger induces his transformation into Hulk, but also fear.

Heh, Marvel comic series other than Spiderman and X-men are not popular in my country and they are not easy to get. But I used to watch animated series such as Spiderman, X-men, Fantastic Four, Iron Man and few others when I was smaller. Can't deny they are all so damn good.
If we are talking about Spiderman, he'd suit to the Avengers team as well, dunno why he wasn't included ^^'

Well yes, I know it will most probably not concern the team from Avengers and other characters we know from it, only it will show events after Avengers, on Asgard, so it'll concern Thor, Loki, Odin, Thanatos and others.

I'm sure it'll be. I wonder what is the real plan of Loki how to conquer Asgard.

The avengers was incredible! :)

I liked the part where they were talking about why is Loki Thor's brother..or how could he be his brother. That Loki "Killed 80 people in 2 days." and thor replied, "He's adopted." :P

yeah, indeed :)

haha, yeah, totally :XD: I also consider that quote as one of the best in movie :XD:
